To maintain its appearance:

· Avoid contact between leather cleaners and fabric panels
Fabric
Routine Care
· Vacuum regularly using a soft upholstery attachment
· Gently brush with a soft-bristled brush (such as horsehair) to lift surface dirt
Cleaning & Stains
· Spot clean only—do not use water or steam
· Use a water-free, solvent-based cleaner
· Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth (avoid rubbing)
· For deeper cleaning, consult a professional fabric specialist
Helpful Tips
Always test cleaning solutions on a discreet area first
Allow fabric to air dry naturally—avoid heat
Storage
· Store upright in a cool, dry place
· Keep out of direct sunlight
· Avoid placing heavy items on top to maintain structure

Limited Warranty
Your Chadeaux Hatbag is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty provides you with rights in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws and does not affect any rights you may have under those laws.
What’s Covered
- Defects in materials (e.g., hardware, stitching, or fabric)
- Defects in workmanship
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Accidents or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
- Natural variations in materials
Replacements & Refunds
All warranty claims are subject to case-by-case evaluation. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement of the product or part
- A repair (where feasible)
- A refund, partial or full
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each claim.
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at customerservice@chadeaux.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
We'll review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days.
