SHIPPING
Online orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2 business days. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or postal holidays (please see USPS website for exact dates). Packages ship out Monday through Saturdays. Once your item(s) have shipped, your tracking number will be emailed.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Express shipping is only available through USPS.
A signature is required upon delivery for all express orders. If no one is present during the delivery, the package will be rerouted to your local USPS office for pickup. The shipping destination must be a USPS confirmed address.
We currently do not offer Express Shipping for international orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders arrive approximately within 14-30 business days. Shipments to Asia & Australia may take longer. We ship worldwide to any USPS confirmed address via USPS Priority Mail. Additional custom fees & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs rules vary so we recommend checking with your local customs office. Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if packages are unclaimed by customs. Orders are shipped from Houston, Texas with the total order USD value declared. We currently do not offer Express Shipping for international orders. All international orders are final sale.

RETURNS
IN-STORE PURCHASES
• All unused Full Priced Purchases with tags and receipt can be EXCHANGED or RETURNED for store credit within 7 DAYS.
• All Full Priced and Sale/Clearance/Discounted items are FINAL SALE.
• Regular Priced merchandise that is discounted using a promotional code (birthday, new subscriber, store events, special sale) are FINAL SALE.
• Any item purchased, Regular or Sale price, once having been custom ordered or altered are also FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
• PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR PRICE ADJUSTMENT or PARTIAL REFUND DUE TO SALE PROMOTION.
All goods must be intact, undamaged, and unused, in perfect condition and with all attached tags, original and specific packaging, authenticity materials, dust bags, and/or original boxes. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and the return refused.
ONLINE PURCHASES
• Merchandise and fulfillment
Stocks are limited to our online and physical stores. We make every attempt to fulfill your order, and present real stock levels via our website. All web orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Shipments are only processed once payment and delivery details have been approved. You will also receive an order and shipping confirmation via email once your items have shipped. Your package should arrive within 5-10 business days, based on your location and your selected shipping method.
• Regular priced merchandise may be returned to the location where you purchased it for exchange or full refund within 14 day of purchased date if at a physical location, or the shipped date if an online purchase, with an authorization number. Please email us at customerservice@chadeaux.net with your order number for a return or exchange authorization. Online returns will not be accepted without an authorization.
• Regular priced merchandised that is discounted using a New Subscribers may also be returned for full refund.

APPLY TO ALL RETURNS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If Chadeaux/El Natural made a mistake in shipping, we will reimburse the applicable cost.
• Returns are processed within five business days of receipt of returned goods. Please allow for an additional 5-10 days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.
• Chadeaux/El Natural does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, or insurance costs for returned items. Chadeaux/El Natural also does not refund international duties and taxes. Chadeaux/El Natural is also not responsible for any uninsured return items that are not received.
